How to delete personal data from Aumentur

How to request the deletion of personal data

Si deseas acogerte a tu derecho de supresión de datos personales registrados en la plataforma Aumentur, que incluye las app ‘Aumentur’, ‘Turismo de Ceuta’ y ‘Turismo Alcalá de Guadaíra’ debes seguir los siguientes pasos:

1. Send an e-mail to app@aumentur.app with the following information
   • Name and Surname
   • contact e-mail
   • Depending on how you have registered with Aumentur, please indicate:
     • registration e-mail
     • Facebook/Google account used for registration
2. You will receive an e-mail notifying you of the deletion of your personal data.

Upon deletion of your personal data, Aumentur will remove your personal data (Name, Surname, user and password) from the database, transferring all usage records used for the analysis of the application's performance in actions not linked to an identifiable user of the app.

NoticeOnce you have deleted your personal data, if you wish to register again with Aumentur, you will have to create a new user and accept the conditions again.
