Aumentur: the smart tourism app for your municipality

The Junta de Castilla y León has launched subsidies for the digital transformation of tourism.

 

Technology will be the tourism sector's best ally in its renaissance in the post Covid-19 era.
With this in mind, the Regional Government of Castile and Leon is promoting a programme of aid to promote the creation and improvement of tourism resources in municipalities with less than 20,000 inhabitants in the Autonomous Community.

In this way, it has published the regulatory bases for the concession of grants of up to 60,000 euros "to finance actions for the creation of new tourism infrastructures and the improvement of the quality of existing ones".

Eligible projects up to 90%

The call is endowed with 1.5 million euros, which means that around 50 municipalities in Castilla y León will be able to access these subsidies to transform their tourism offer by making use of new technologies. Aumentur is the ideal solution for rapid implementation, maximum functionality and quality to a price that complies with the grant:

 

 

Applicant requirements

• Have less than 20,000 inhabitants.
• Not having been beneficiaries of the grant in the previous call for applications.

 

Assessment criteria

The Junta de Castilla y León will especially value the location of the project and the characteristics of the applicant municipality, as well as the degree of technological innovation and accessibility of the proposed solution, aiming at the deseasonalisation of tourism.
