The Andalusian Regional Government has called for non-competitive subsidies aimed at digitalisation of micro, small and medium-sized companies companies (SMEs)and self-employed companies tourist attractions in Andalusia.

It is an ideal opportunity for hotels, tour guides, active tourism companies and others in the sector to improve their competitiveness in a sustainable way, fostering their growth, innovation and international expansion, contributing to the improvement of employment and customer satisfaction.

As you will see, Aumentur fits perfectly into the

ELIGIBLE ITEMS:

• • Implementation of digital solutions in areas of business activity related to business management processes

• • Implementation of tourism products supported by Digital Enabling Technologies (DETs)such as the use of augmented or virtual reality for the interpretation of cultural and natural resources, personalised applications, gamification of the tourist experience, geolocation, etc.

For the purposes of eligible expenditure, the subsidised activities must involve a technological improvement that adds value to the activity.

The use of a platform such as Aumentur, which combines a mobile application with data analytics, multimedia resources such as 3D models, augmented reality or 360º videos, is an added value for many companies in the sector, and these DIGITUR grants provide easy access.

BENEFICIARIES

Micro-enterprises, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and self-employed tourism companies in Andalusia can join Aumentur:

• • That they have operating establishment, or registered office in the case of undertakings engaged in the distance contracting of tourism services by electronic means, in one of the municipalities of Andalusia.

• • That the the subsidised activity is carried out in the territory of the Autonomous Community of Andalusia.

• • To be found registered or recorded in the Andalusian Tourist Register.

AMOUNT OF SUBSIDIES

100% Grants of eligible costs with a maximum amount of €60,000which can be used for:

• • The purchase of goods and computer equipment linked to the effective implementation of the digital solution

• • Professional costs for the procurement and/or design of the digital solution.

• • Consultancy costs to enable staff to acquire basic knowledge for the initial use and subsequent management of the implemented digital solution, as well as consultancy costs to support them during the digital transformation process.
