Smart Tourism Technologies SL, hereinafter STT, wants to show its greatest transparency and loyalty to the users of our portal, guaranteeing that their personal data will be treated with absolute respect for the regulations on data protection (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights). We will also adapt this policy to comply with any new legislative or jurisprudential developments. In such cases, STT will announce the changes introduced on this page. By means of this notice, STT will provide information about its personal data protection policy so that users may freely and voluntarily determine whether they wish to provide STT with the personal data that may be required of them or that may be obtained when subscribing to, registering for or requesting some of the services offered by STT through its network.
STT provides some of its services through an application called AUMENTUR (hereinafter, the App), through which personal data may be collected, in accordance with the rules set out below, as well as with the regulations in force at any given time.

Purpose: The data provided may be used by STT for the following purposes: to manage the sending of information; to administer and manage the existing relationship between you and STT in a personalised manner; to respond to requests you may send us and to manage any queries you may make about our services; to enable STT to send you commercial communications and satisfaction and usability surveys; and to generate statistical usage profiles, for which purpose the personal data will be anonymised.
The data collected will be collected exclusively for the aforementioned explicit and legitimate purposes and will not be further processed in a way that is incompatible with the aforementioned purposes. In the event that further processing of personal data for a purpose other than that for which they were collected is envisaged, STT shall provide the data subject, prior to such further processing, with information on this other purpose and any additional relevant information. Unless the data subject makes a prior legitimate request for deletion or cancellation, the personal data provided shall be kept for as long as they are necessary for the fulfilment of the purposes for which their processing was consented to by the user/client. From the last interaction of the user/client with STT, the data will be kept for a maximum period of 1 year.
Legitimation: The processing of your personal data by STT will always be carried out for one of the following legitimate purposes: Execution of a contract or provision of services: STT is entitled to process data for the execution of contracts or any other relationship by virtue of which users access any of the services offered by STT through the app. In no case shall the withdrawal of this consent condition the execution of the contract or enable the user and/or customer to withdraw from the same.
Consent of the person concerned: the legal basis for the processing of their data may also be their express consent. The communication of the personal data requested by STT is proportional and adjusted to the fulfilment of the previously informed purposes for which they are collected. The consent of the interested party/user is a prerequisite and necessary for the provision of the services offered by STT and for the fulfilment of each of the purposes described, and therefore the omission of consent will make it impossible for STT to provide services. In order that the information provided is always up to date and does not contain errors, the user must communicate, as soon as possible, any modifications and rectifications of their personal data that may occur. When the user provides his/her personal data to STT by any means (paper, e-mail, telephone, electronic forms, etc.), he/she declares and accepts responsibility for the accuracy and truthfulness of the information and data provided. Any false or inaccurate statement that may arise as a result of the data provided, as well as any damage that such information may cause to STT, shall be the responsibility of the user.
Target group: The data will not be communicated to third parties without first informing the data subjects and obtaining their explicit consent. As an exception, the data will be transferred to the company that may be operating the App at any given time when requested by the latter. In addition, STT may communicate them when strictly necessary for the fulfilment of a contract or request for services. Except in the above cases, data will not be transferred to third parties unless legally obliged to do so.
What are your rights? You have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not STT is processing personal data concerning you and, if so, to access information on the purposes of such processing, the categories of personal data processed and the categories of recipients to whom your personal data has been or will be disclosed. You also have the right to request and obtain the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning you. We remind you that, as a user, you must communicate, as soon as possible, the modifications and rectifications of your personal data as they occur. You also have the right to request the deletion of personal data concerning you when you consider that they are no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed and in any of the other cases referred to in Article 17 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016. In certain circumstances (as provided for in Article 18 of the EU Regulation), data subjects may request that we restrict the processing of their data, in which case we will only retain it for the purpose of pursuing or defending claims.
The user may object to the processing of his/her data at any time, provided that this is not contrary to law or contractual obligation. In addition, we will remind you of this right in each of the commercial communications you receive. You may request your right to the portability of data that is being processed automatically by STT, so that your data can be transferred in accordance with your request to the data controller that you indicate to us, provided that this is technically possible. STT will comply with your requests relating to the protection of your data; in any case, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, as the Supervisory Authority in Spain.
How to exercise your rights? Users may exercise their rights of access, cancellation, rectification, limitation, suppression and opposition free of charge by sending an e-mail to aumentur@aumentur.app or by post to C/ Colombia 22, 18194 Churriana de la Vega. In order to process requests for the exercise of rights, it will be necessary to verify the identity of the user, so the communication must include name and surname(s), the petition in which the request is made, address for notification purposes, date, signature and photocopy of ID card or other official identification document.
Minors: It is forbidden for minors under the age of 18 to purchase products, request services, activate promotions or use any of the App without the appropriate consent of their parents and/or guardians, who will be solely responsible for all acts carried out through the Website by the minors in their care, including the completion of forms with the personal data of said minors and the ticking, where appropriate, of the boxes that accompany them. In this regard, parents and guardians are advised that they must provide the necessary mechanisms to prevent minors from accessing the App and/or providing personal data without their supervision, and STT accepts no liability in this regard.
Security measures: STT has implemented and maintains the security levels required by law and makes every effort to protect the personal data of users against accidental loss, misuse, alteration, theft of data and unauthorised access, processing or disclosure, taking into account the state of technology, the nature of the data stored and the risks to which they are exposed. However, the transmission of information and security measures on the Internet are not impregnable. STT undertakes to comply with the duty of secrecy and confidentiality with regard to the personal data obtained in accordance with the applicable legislation.
Acceptance and consent: The user declares that he/she has been informed of the conditions regarding the protection of personal data, accepting and consenting to the processing of this data by STT, in the manner and for the purposes indicated in this Privacy Policy.
